How to Apply

We are delighted that you are considering applying to join us in the Cherwell School’s Sixth Form. Applications for entry to the Sixth Form for September 2025 (for students currently studying in Year 11) are now open through the online application portal. Application forms should be completed by a student's parent or carer. 

All students wishing to be considered for a place in the Sixth Form, including those students currently studying GCSEs at Cherwell, must complete an application form by the deadline on Sunday 23 February 2025. No applications will be considered until the deadline has passed. Students will be informed of the result of their application by Friday 4 April 2025.

Before completing your application, please read our prospectus. You can also watch a range of videos about each subject, as well as a general introduction to Sixth Form life. You can also learn more about the Sixth Form and guidance on choosing subjects through a virtual briefing held as part of our Open Evening.
