Open Evening 2024

We are delighted that you are interested in finding out more about the Cherwell School Sixth Form.
Our main Open Evening took place on Thursday 11 January 2024. Resources from the evening are available online. Presentations on the Sixth Form, our curriculum provision and our support programmes are pre-recorded and available on our website, with detailed information in our prospectus. 

Applications for entry to the Sixth Form for September 2024 (for students currently studying in Year 11) are now open. All students wishing to be considered for a place in the Sixth Form, including those students currently studying GCSEs at Cherwell, must complete an application form by the deadline (Sunday 18 February 2024).

If you were unable to make the Sixth Form Open Evening and you have further questions once you have reviewed the online information through our website, we will hold on-site welcome visits on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at 1.30pm and 2.30pm.

The visit lasts 30 minutes in a group of up to 25 visitors. You will meet with Miss Charlotte Richer (Head of Sixth Form) and a student ambassador for a short talk and Q&A, followed by a walk through the Sixth Form Centre and the North Site. We welcome prospective students (currently studying in Year 11) and up to two accompanying guests.
